These terms of use govern your access to and use of DreamUnivs (dreamunivs.in/), published by FreedomPress, a media business registered in Kolkata, India. By using DreamUnivs, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the publication.
What DreamUnivs is
DreamUnivs is a publication producing editorial content, research, decision tools, and paid information products about international higher education for Indian families. We are not a study-abroad consultancy. We are not a placement service. We are not financial advisors, legal advisors, or immigration consultants.
Use of our content
You may read, share, link to, and quote our content for personal and educational purposes. You may not:
- Republish our full articles on other websites or publications without prior written permission
- Use our content to train AI/ML models without prior written permission
- Scrape, systematically extract, or commercially redistribute our content
- Remove or alter copyright notices, author attributions, or source citations

When you purchase any of our paid products (DreamPath, DreamPrep, DreamApply, DreamGrad Apply, or others), the following additional terms apply:
What’s included
Each product page lists what’s included. We deliver everything described on that page within the timeframes stated. If we ever fail to deliver something we promised, we will issue a full refund.
What’s not included
- We do not guarantee admission to any university or program. Admissions decisions are made by universities based on criteria they control, not by us.
- We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by foreign governments based on criteria they control, not by us.
- We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes (scholarships received, loan approvals, salary outcomes after graduation).
- Our products are advisory in nature — they provide research, analysis, frameworks, and guidance. Acting on this guidance is your responsibility.
Refund policy
- Subscriptions (DreamPath, DreamPrep): Cancel any time. We refund the unused portion of your most recent billing period if you cancel within 7 days of that billing.
- One-time bundles (DreamApply, DreamGrad Apply): We offer a 7-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase if you decide the product isn’t right for you, no questions asked. Beyond 7 days, refunds are evaluated case by case.
- Refunds for non-delivery: If we ever fail to deliver something we promised, we issue a full refund regardless of timing.

Use of personalized reports
Personalized reports we generate for you (e.g., university shortlists, application timelines) are for your personal use and that of your immediate family. You may not redistribute these reports commercially.
User-submitted content
If you submit comments, questions, or feedback to DreamUnivs (via email, contact form, or any submission channel), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that submission to improve our publication. We will not publish your name, email, or identifying details without your separate consent.
Affiliate links
Our content includes affiliate links to selected partners. When you click an affiliate link and complete an action with that partner (e.g., applying for a loan, booking accommodation), we earn a fee. This relationship is disclosed inline. The transaction itself is governed by the partner’s terms, not ours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamUnivs and FreedomPress are not liable for:
- Decisions you make based on our content (educational, financial, legal, or personal)
- Outcomes from foreign universities, visa authorities, or third parties referenced in our content
- Errors in third-party information we cite (where we have used reasonable care to verify it)
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid product is the amount you paid us for that product. For free content, we have no monetary liability.
Intellectual property
All DreamUnivs content — articles, research, tools, design, brand, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of FreedomPress, protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. The DreamUnivs and FreedomPress names and logos are trademarks of FreedomPress.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our paid products if you violate these terms (e.g., redistributing personalized reports commercially, abusing customer support, using fraudulent payment methods). In such cases, we are not obligated to issue refunds.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to subscribers. Continued use of DreamUnivs after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
